In 2016, Kaela founded Sensual Heeling Inc., a trailblazing heels training company rooted in empowerment, self-expression, and playfulness. With a deeply inclusive approach, Sensual Heeling offers in-person intensives, international workshops, private mentoring, and an online training platform that continues to reach dancers worldwide.
