Caitlyn Paige

Caitlyn Paige is a dancer and choreographer from Toronto. She started dancing at the age of 3 at Dance Fusion where she then completed her competitive dance training. Caitlyn has worked as assistant choreographer for season 8 and choreographer for season 9 of the popular television series The Next Step and as assistant choreographer on season 4 of Netflix’s The Umbrella Academy. Caitlyn choreographed and movement directed the music video for “Together Right” by the award winning band Finger 11. She spent the 2018/19 season travelling across America as an Intrigue Dance Intensive assistant. Caitlyn has been a back-up dancer for several performing artists, including artists Töme and Nadia Stone, and has been featured in music videos such as ‘The Old Me’ (Ria Mae) ’Sol’(Tomë), ‘Top Love’ (Nadia Stone) and ‘Exhaused’(Nadia Stone).  Some other  performance credits include ‘Ocean Spray-Power Your Holiday’(commercial) ‘As Within, So Without’, New Blue Dance Festival, ‘the F word’ (Toronto Fringe Festival), ‘Revolt’ (Christina Digiuseppe), ‘Gridlock’ (Larchaud Dance Project), ‘Lost Is Found’, Parapan American Games.

Caitlyn started choreographing before she knew being a choreographer was a career path she could take. Her choreographic journey started at age 16 at Intrigue Dance Intensive Nationals where she won the student choreography competition and she hasn’t stopped since. She presented her first piece in Toronto’s Choreoball summer edition at age 17. Since then she has also had pieces in Elevate Toronto, Choreoball Winter Edition, March for HER, Unite Dance Showcase, Fever After Dark and more. Caitlyn continues to teach at many studios, workshops and conventions across North America.

Caitlyn is looking forward for her future in the industry. She continues to train and expand her dance vocabulary as well as explore different paths within the arts to better herself as a dancer, performer, teacher and choreographer.
