Kristen Mroziewicz

Kristen Mroziewicz is the Founder and CEO of VIEW Dance Challenge and VIEW Dance Convention, two of Canada’s leading touring dance event platforms. Over the past 13 years, Kristen has built and scaled VIEW into a national touring organization that produces large-scale dance competitions and conventions across Canada, overseeing complex logistics, venue partnerships, touring production, staffing, and event operations for thousands of dancers annually.

In addition to her leadership at VIEW, Kristen is the Co-Owner of The Team Xperience, a California-based competition brand focused on delivering high-impact performance and competitive opportunities for dancers across the United States.

Kristen is also the Owner and Executive Producer of VIEW Entertainment Group, where she applies her expertise in live event production, entertainment logistics, and creative direction. Her background uniquely blends artistic performance with large-scale operational leadership, allowing her to successfully lead touring productions while maintaining a strong focus on artistic excellence and community impact.

She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and a Bachelor of Education from York University. Her formal training spans ballet, tap, jazz, acro, hip hop, modern, and contemporary dance.

Prior to founding VIEW, Kristen performed professionally and worked extensively in entertainment production. She managed and choreographed a team of dancers for the Toronto Blue Jays for four seasons, creating performances for audiences of more than 30,000 fans and contributing to live broadcast promotions and major advertising campaigns.

Kristen’s work also extends into film and live entertainment production. She served as Executive Producer of the film TMG_103 (Rough Cut), which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2016.

A passionate advocate for the arts and entrepreneurship, Kristen continues to mentor emerging artists and industry professionals while leading one of the fastest-growing touring dance event organizations in North America.
