Reservations: Reservations can be completed by calling the property directly at 1 (800) 461-4393 and booking under the “VIEW Dance Challenge” group. The Deerhurst Resort call centre is open daily from 8am to 8pm (Monday-Friday) and 9am to 5pm (Saturday-Sunday).

Cut-off Date: Room reservations will open on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 and must be made by March 9, 2026 in order to qualify for the group rate and must be accompanied by full pre-payment for the entire stay, in the form of a major credit card. Any additional charges incurred during the individual’s stay will be payable at the time of check out. From 59 days prior (March 10, 2026), until the arrival date, only public rates will be available.
*Reservations will open on Tuesday, February 10th, 2026, following the release of the Draft Schedule.
*Preferred rates are available until 60 days prior to the event start date (March 10th, 2026). From 59 days prior until the arrival date, only leisure/public rates will be available.
*As per the Deerhurst’s Updated Resort’s Rules, once the competition schedule has been released, advance purchase, prepaid reservations can be made at preferred rates and will be non-refundable. Prepaid reservations at preferred rates will be open for booking until 60 days prior to arrival. From 59 days prior until the arrival date, only leisure/public rates will be available.
