Are you ready to transition from competition to career?
inSIGHT is VIEW Dance Challenge’s newest and most exclusive training experience designed specifically to bridge the gap between competitive dancers and the professional dance industry.
This invite-only, week-long intensive is built for dancers aged 15+ who are serious about pursuing dance professionally. In partnership with Toronto Metropolitan University, taking place from July 19th –25th, 2026, inSIGHT delivers direct access to auditions, scouts, and industry decision-makers, bringing real opportunities to you.

Train and audition daily with top educators, choreographers, and actively casting talent scouts from Colleges & Universities, Cruise Lines, Theatre, Dance Companies, and Talent Agencies. These audition-style classes simulate real industry auditions, allowing you to be seen, challenged, and evaluated by professionals.
Professional Tools to Launch Your Career
Walk away with professional headshots and a custom-edited audition reel designed to make your submissions stand out and open doors for future opportunities.

All-Inclusive Accommodations & Amenities
Stay steps away from the action at TMU’s HOEM residence, with comfortable rooms & board included, plus full access to Toronto Metropolitan University’s world-class studio facilities. Meals are provided, so you can focus entirely on your training.
How To Be Selected:
This is an INVITE-ONLY program. Dancers are selected by our adjudicators throughout the VIEW Convention and Regional season based on their performances, determination, and versatility. Selected dancers will also qualify to compete in our title competition at our VIEW Nationals event.
This is your chance to get in the room, be seen, and gain inSIGHT into what it takes to be a professional dancer before graduation arrives.

VIEW inSIGHT Experience Apprenticeship Opportunity
We recognize the dedication, resilience, and strength it takes to complete this rigorous training program, and we believe that those who rise to the challenge are prepared to take the next step in their dance careers.
At the conclusion of the VIEW inSIGHT Experience, dancers will be awarded the opportunity to work at one of our VIEW Conventions as a paid VIEW Apprentice. This exclusive opportunity allows dancers to gain firsthand experience in the professional dance industry, representing VIEW at our prestigious conventions.
We are proud to offer this exclusive pathway for our inSIGHT Intensive graduates to transition into the professional dance industry. This is your chance to represent VIEW, gain valuable experience, and step confidently into your future as a dance professional.
