Rooms Rates: Rates will depend on availability at the time of booking and room type. (Two night minimum stay for group block rates. Regular leisure rates are eligible for one night stays)
Reservations: Reservations can be completed by calling the property directly at 1-800-461-4393 and identify yourself as being with the VIEW Dance Challenge group. The Deerhurst Resort call centre is open daily from 8am to 8pm.

Attendees can identify themselves as booking under the VIEW Dance Challenge 2024 Nationals East Room Block to ensure they receive the preferred guest room rate.
All reservations must be secured by a major credit card. A one-night deposit is required at time of booking with balance due on arrival. If the reservation is cancelled 7 days or less, before arrival date or the stay shortened the full value of the original reservations will be charged.

Preferred Rates: Rates depend on the time of booking and reservation dates. All rooms include breakfast each morning, free wireless internet, 24 business and fitness centre.
*July 6th ONLY * King Leisure (1 King Bed) is the only room type available at the rate of $349.00 plus taxes per night.
Room rates from July 7-July 11 range from $209.00 – $269.00 plus taxes per night. Rates may vary based on the day of the reservation and room type.

Should any guest need to cancel their reservation, they must do so 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night’s room and tax charged as a penalty.
